SMS Communications
Effective May 15, 2026
1. What you're consenting to
By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Chill N Out Cryotherapy at the phone number you provide, including but not limited to:
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 2 hours before)
- Cancellation notices
- Receipt and refund notices
- Replies to questions you initiate
If you separately opt in by checking our marketing-SMS box, we may also send promotional messages such as offers and reminders related to our services. Marketing SMS is never sent without explicit opt-in.
2. Message frequency
Up to 5 messages per booking for transactional messages. If you opt in to marketing, expect approximately 10–20 messages per month for active members.
3. Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for messages.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also email support@lakelandchillnout.com with "Unsubscribe SMS" in the subject.
After opting out, we may still need to contact you by phone call or email for time-sensitive booking matters (e.g., if your appointment is cancelled by us).

6. Supported carriers
We support all major U.S. mobile carriers via Twilio. We cannot guarantee delivery to all numbers and are not liable for carrier-side delivery delays or failures.
7. Eligible numbers
Mobile numbers only. Landlines, VoIP without SMS capability, and international numbers may not receive our messages.
8. Privacy
Phone numbers are stored per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified to active members.
