Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Single sessions

• Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: full refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Cancel within 24 hoursof your appointment: refund issued at studio's discretion, typically as studio credit toward a future session.
• No-show: no refund. The session fee is forfeited.
• Cancelled by the studio (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness): full refund OR rescheduled session at your choice, plus a complimentary upgrade voucher.

2. Memberships

• Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused mid-cycle days.
• No refunds on the current month once charged.

3. Gift cards

• Non-refundable. Gift card balance is transferable but not redeemable for cash, except where required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.95).
• Balances under $5 may be redeemed for cash per Florida law.

4. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@lakelandchillnout.com within 14 days of the charge. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Method of refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time: typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
