Oxygen Therapy

Breathe in concentrated, purified oxygen and feel the fog lift. Sharper focus, more energy, and faster recovery — perfect on its own or after cryo.

20 min$30

Oxygen therapy at Chill N Out delivers concentrated oxygen — approximately 90–95% purity compared to the 21% in normal air — through a comfortable nasal cannula while you relax in one of our recovery lounge chairs. Sessions last about 20 minutes, and the effects are often noticeable within the first few minutes: clearer thinking, a subtle energy lift, and a feeling of calm alertness.

The idea is straightforward. Your cells use oxygen to produce energy. When you breathe in a higher concentration of oxygen, many people simply feel more refreshed and alert. It's a popular pick after a workout or during an afternoon slump.

Oxygen bars have been popular in cities like Las Vegas and Denver for years, and they're a fun, relaxing experience. Many people say a session leaves them feeling clear-headed and gently energized — a natural alternative to reaching for another coffee.

At Chill N Out, our oxygen therapy is one of our most affordable and accessible services. There are very few reasons a healthy adult can't enjoy it, sessions are short and relaxing, and you can book oxygen therapy alongside any of our other services in the same visit. It's especially popular as a post-cryo add-on.

Whether you're an athlete looking for a recovery edge, a professional who wants a clear-headed reset, or someone shaking off jet lag, our oxygen therapy is a relaxing, refreshing pick-me-up. Settle into a chair, put on the cannula, and let the oxygen do its work.

How It Works

1

Get comfortable

Settle into a recliner in our recovery lounge. We'll fit you with a clean, disposable nasal cannula — a lightweight tube that sits just below your nostrils. It's comfortable and unobtrusive.

2

Breathe normally

Our oxygen concentrator delivers 90–95% pure oxygen at a gentle flow rate. Just breathe normally — no special techniques needed. You'll feel a subtle coolness in your nasal passages. Many clients relax, read, or browse their phone.

3

Feel the difference

Most people notice increased alertness and a mild energy boost within the first 5–10 minutes. After about 20 minutes, you'll leave feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is oxygen therapy safe?
Yes. Recreational oxygen therapy at the concentrations and durations we use is considered very safe for healthy adults. It's the same technology used in medical settings, just at lower concentrations and shorter durations.
How is this different from the oxygen I normally breathe?
Normal air contains about 21% oxygen. Our concentrators deliver 90–95% oxygen. This higher concentration means more oxygen reaches your bloodstream with each breath, giving your cells extra fuel for energy and recovery.
Will I feel lightheaded?
Most people feel the opposite — clearer and more focused. The oxygen is delivered at a comfortable flow rate. If you ever feel dizzy (very rare), just let our staff know and we'll adjust or stop the session immediately.
Can I do oxygen therapy with other services?
Absolutely. It pairs great with cryotherapy (enhances the recovery effect), infrared sauna (helps rehydration and recovery), and compression boots (you can breathe supplemental oxygen while wearing them). Just book the sessions you'd like in a single visit.
How often should I use oxygen therapy?
There's no strict limit for healthy adults. Many of our clients use it 2–4 times per week, often as an add-on to their cryo or sauna sessions. Daily use is fine for most people.
Is this the same as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)?
No. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy uses a pressurized chamber to deliver oxygen at higher-than-atmospheric pressure. Our oxygen bar delivers concentrated oxygen at normal atmospheric pressure — it's gentler, more accessible, and doesn't require a prescription.
Can oxygen therapy help me bounce back after a rough night?
Many clients say a relaxing oxygen session helps them feel more refreshed and clear-headed. It's a gentle, low-key way to take a breather and reset.
Do you use scented oxygen?
We offer unscented, pure oxygen as our standard. On request, we can add food-grade aromatherapy scents (eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint) for an enhanced relaxation experience.
